We did't stay there but...
We arrived into Gangtok after a three day journey from Europe, it turned out we didn't have a room in another place which we booked so we went to the main street of the town and I walked into this place, asked for a room (no room) and then asked if I could sit for 10min in a corner and use their wifi for few minutes to reserve a new room in a new hotel. A smiling guy came out (manager, owner, worker - don't know) and informed me with a smile that NO - just for their guests. So I thanked for his great kindness and left...
Fortunately some meters away I found an exchange place where the guy there was so helpfull and gave wifi from his phone - it seems so easy and normal but not to everyone.

Very tasty food.
The hotel is ringh on M.G. Marg, you walk out of the hotel and you step on M.G. Marg it has a lovely cozy traditional Multi cusine restaurant adeent to the lobby. Very neat and clean1

We went for our honeymoon to Yumthang and on our way we stayed here in this hotel for a night. This hotel has the super position exactly on M.G Marg and the rooms and the service were awesome.The people in this hotel helped us every way they could.I would definitely recommend this one to all.

Location is excellent. Bang on MG Road.
Excellent offer of any beer (limited brands) at Rs100 a bottle. They also give a small bowl for munching material to go with the beer. Which most other bars DON'T. so, on this point alone, this restaurant scores big.
Service is with a smile.
Cant comment on the food, didn't have any.
Décor is also good and goes with the sort of upscale ambience.

The hotel is centrally located on the MG Marg, just near the AXIS bank ATM. The location is mind blowing if you are a shopaholic! You may find all the shopping items just outside. The view from the balcony is also excellent.
They have a good restaurant-cum-bar at the ground floor. Food quality is good.
