The room was comfortable and had a private bathroom and a double and single bed. The price was very reasonable and much better than other options.
It doesn't include breakfast but honestly most hotel breakfasts often leave much to be desired and there is an excellent cafe right underneath the hotel.
Our flight was delayed and we missed the train from the airport and had to catch the following one which meant we arrived at 22:30, after the normal check in time closes but Paolo waited for us which was incredibly helpful and really saved what could have been an awful start to our holiday.
He also gave us a map and advice on what to visit and in what order which was very helpful as some things I hadn't noticed in my earlier research.
My only complaint would be that the wifi didn't work at night but it wasn't a major issue.
I would certainly recommend it to other travellers.

I reserved a double bed room in May and asked for the check-in at 13:00. However the host, Paolo, was late for over 15mins. It is absolutely unacceptable that the scheduled one-day trip on Rome was affected. Meanwhile, the cleanness of the room is horrible that a bad smell from toilet and nuisance of mosquito at night time.
With the same budget, there are more better choice in Rome.

Nothing to complain. Our stay at Bed in Roma was very pleasant: the hotel is located very close to Termini station so easy to get around, there are cafés, kiosks and restaurants very nearby. The manager Paolo was very friendly and helpful.

This is a practical stay for Rome. It is well located (very close to the central station but not in a sketchy area, which is many times the case for hotels near Termini) and the owner is very nice. It is necessary to point out, however, that this is not a hotel, despite the name of the place. It is basically a room with a private bathroom. Therefore, you cannot, for instance, leave your luggage if you want (although there is a left luggage cheaper and faster than the one in Termini right next to the hotel), and there are no other facilities other than the room (which is a bit small, by the way). So if you don't mind that, and you really just want a place to sleep which is well located, it is a nice place to stay.

Booked a room in this hotel for one night because it is close to Terminus Central station in Rome. Small room with view on courtyard. Barely room to store luggage/trolley. Bathroom wasn't dirty but I'd wish to see it better cleaned. Would however stay somewhere else next time especially when staying longer. Lively neighborhood with good ambiance.
