Great Location and Wonderful Service!
jazzyp2017on 18/11/2017 10:45There were so many hotels available in Sorrento it was difficult to choose but we booked this hotel mainly due to the reviews we had read, the car parking facility and the position in relation to the centre of Sorrento. We found the hotel to be very lovely, the staff very welcoming and the service to be excellent. The views from our room and the rest of the hotel were absolutely stunning and it was so convenient being a short walk from the start of the town. As our stay was in October the weather was good for most of the day but it is worth noting that from 2.30pm late in the season there is no sun on the hotel or this part of the city.
Luxury hotel with stunning views
CJTGlasgowon 05/11/2017 02:30Our room was lovely with everything you could need - except tea/coffee making facilities! I would have thought that these are now standard in most hotels - but especially in ones that cost a wee bit more? They have them in the more expensive rooms? We were disappointed not to have a kettle in ours. However, as I said before - everything else was lovely. The view from the balcony was stunning, could hardly believe we were there! It was a little cold to sit out for a while in October but we enjoyed a glass of wine on the balcony when we arrived. The staff at reception and in the restaurant were very helpful and friendly. Breakfasts were very nice and we managed to get a table on the terrace one morning, which was lovely! Had dinner here one evening (we were not on a DBB package) and it was good - but not exceptional. Was 40 euros a head (not including wine) so pricey but to be expected in a high class hotel with that outlook! There was also a piano player, which was lovely. Only negatives apart from the lack of tea/coffee in room were the banging doors (would slow-closing doors/hinges be better?) and the fact that we were woken on 2 days by the alarm call in the next room at 7.15am, and subsequently heard them going to bathroom, etc... not really what you want on a relaxing break! All in all though a very nice hotel with great staff and incredible views!

The hotel is located on the cliff above marina grande with amazing views we recommend this hotel very highly we stayed there 6 nights & loved it

Elva Gon 30/10/2017 08:32The Hotel is full of character, located on the hill side, it has fantastic views across to Vesuvius, Naples and Sorrento. The hotel is clean, the room and beds were comfortable. The decor is colourful and quirky. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast is excellent, you can even treat yourself to a glass of fizz which is provided.
Short walk into Town (10 minuets) All in all an excellent place to stay.
Exceptional Service
daviescjon 27/10/2017 20:16Stayed for 11 nights on a dinner bed and breakfast basis. The reasonable size standard room was functional with plenty of cupboard space a large and comfortable bed, large modern en-suite with plenty of hot water, was always kept completely clean and.with a magnificent view from the balcony. The breakfast had an extensive self service selection with additional waiter service whilst dinner was also a combination of this with a wide range throughout the four courses. The service by every member of staff is exceptional always being friendly, efficient and helpful one of the best I have experienced.A 10 minute fairly easy walk along the busy main road into the town centre. A reasonable sized pool, fitness room and numerous lounges make for a relaxing comfortable stay
