Great location - easy 3-4 min walk to the chairlift, San Michelle villa and good restaurants. Also very close to the bus station. Rooms were simple and big, with a good view. Wish we had a better blanket (only a bedsheet provided) and wish we had a simple kettle to heat water in the room for some tea. Breakfast was good. Would stay here again for the convenience of being so close to everything. Hotel was quiet, which is important at night.

This is a hidden gem in Anacapri with wonderful water views. It's well located - very easy walk to the shops and bus station/taxi stand. Front desk staff is great and friendly. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in Anacapri.

Beautiful. Friendly, helpful, amazing staff. Beautiful views on the Anacapri side of the island. Beautiful views, complimentary breakfast. Most importantly is the staff. Each individual we encountered were eager to help, and extremely welcoming. We truly felt taken care of here. It's located right off the main road, mere steps from Piazza Vittoria. Lots of local shops, and restaurants, and activities. I would recommend anyone to stay here. Even get in a game of tennis on their private courts.

This 3-star hotel is very Italian old-school. It is located very well in Anacapri. For 10 Euros, you can use a neighboring hotel's pool (lovely). The room is adequate, but not updated at all. The bed is very hard and uncomfortable. Everything worked fine. The breakfast room has the most beautiful view and you can sit on the balcony. The service is earnest and the people who run the hotel are sweet and helpful.

My 19 year old daughter and I just spent 5 days at Hotel Bellavista. When we walked in, we were disappointed. This is not a luxury hotel by any means and the area behind the hotel, while having a view of the sea, is undeveloped and not compelling at all to look at.
BUT READ ON! We ended up loving this place!! The staff-- friendly and caring-- met our every need. The room was cozy, comfortable -- and the AC was fine (also the internet which worked perfectly). We walked so easily to and from town-- it's so close-- we could shop, go back to leave things in the room and return to town in minutes.
We felt at home, comfortable and safe. And of course it's well worth the price. If you want to escape the glitz and madness of the town of Capri,Bellavista is truly a find!
