Amalfi coast
missgvrpon 09/11/2017 20:30Pros: amazing food during the evening-
Starter main and dessert a real pleasure to experience. Swimming pool and views are breathtaking and the reception are very informative and nice! Very clean and tidy but basic - no tea and coffee in your rooms.
Cons: nothing to do at the hotel when it is a bad day-no evening entertainment so after dinner and drinks the bar is open but lacks the atmosphere and things to do.
Only lifts via the shuttle bus till 6pm which is a shame as would have liked to have a meal out in Amalfi but taxis back are 30 Euro plus!
No where to walk or go and explore unless you take the bus, roads are so dangerous so you end up stuck at the hotel.
Great staff, lovely hotel!
mie con 07/10/2017 20:49We had a lovely suite with a balcony with expansive view of the Mediterranean. Parking was easy right off the road, and the staff was professional and welcoming. Their pool is as lovely as their website photos, and the cafe by the poolside offers fresh salads, sandwiches and drinks. But what we enjoyed most was their private access to the Mediterranean at the bottom of the cliff. We could jump off into the sea from the bottom of their steps.
At dinner, Giuseppe the head waiter was masterful and delightful at making us feel welcome and comfortable. We were pleased to see the same staff at breakfast offering a variety of hot and cold foods.
The hotel location turned out to be perfect for sightseeing the coast. We took the hotel shuttle to Amalfi then we had the option of taking the ferry or local bus to Positano. We'll definitely go back.
Beautiful hotel and views
TAZA228on 04/10/2017 22:39This hotel was top notch in every way. Professional staff, helpful front desk and beautiful views. Balconies in every room. Front desk helped us with taxis, advice on sights, etc. Most importantly, if you've never driven the Amalfi coast, they have a large parking garage! Citi bus stops across the street. Would stay here again. It is in between Amalfi and Positano, the 2 nearby towns with shops and restaurants.
Great hotel with wonderful staff
Bernadette Bon 03/10/2017 10:05The Hotel Belvedere is nestled into the cliff overlooking the glorious ocean and looking down towards Amalfi. There is a very salty great 25 m pool, and the restaurant is excellent. Best of all are the reception and restaurant staff - funny, friendly, multilingual.

507edwardon 28/09/2017 20:42Outstanding location better than we have expected, excellent, professional and attentive staff in all parts of the hotel. Breakfast on the terrace was most enjoyable as was dinner in the restaurant. Great pool and facilities..
