This is Hotel Belvedere, 5 km outside Caserta. A very welcoming staff...I got my key quickly and I entered our room. Everything was nice and clean.
As we arrived in the night, to stay only 1 night on our way to Rome, I didn't care about the sight.
I had everything I needed to have a good sleep.
The wi-fi was the best I can remember in the last month.
I have absolutely no reason to complain. Isn't it strange ? :)

Been there with my girlfriend. Our room (112) was really narrow, the hotel is called "Belvedere" (it means there shoud be a good lanscape opening the window) but we had a single window, facing on an emergency stair. The toilet was very small either with just a very small window. Absolutely not as it seems from pictures; our kind of room is not included in them.
Quite poor breakfast. 2 good things: cleanliness of rooms and free wi-fi. Definetly not worth for the 55 euros spent for just sleeping and Breakfast

The overall experience was great. Gigi at the reception welcomed us warmly and told us everything we need to know. The next day we woke up without any noise and the Reggia is just 10 min by car from the Hotel!

Expedia rep practically begged us to stay here and said it had everything we wanted. NOT TRUE!!!!! The room we requested was not the room they were going to give us. The room we requested was 20 euro more per night. The air conditioning in our room didn't work 4 out of the 9 days we were there, and August in Italy is hot! There's access to a pool, BUT...... it's 2 km down the road and there's a charge per person/per day, It would cost us (a family of 4) 10 euro/day to use the pool. The rooms do not have balconies, there's access to public balconies for all guests to use. The shower is very small I kept hitting my elbows on the walls when washing my hair, and there's no shower door. The floor would get soaked from taking a shower and the shower didn't drain and water would come up through the floor drain.
