Despite 6!!! trials to make a hotel booking, the hotel found it not necessary to give me any feedback... Welcome to 2014!!
I would strongly recommend some alternative hotels in the region (+/- 4 km) that offer much higher service, complete renovated rooms at basically the same price-level.
I prefer to be treated as a guest that feels welcome instead of been treated extremely impolite & unprofessional.
You've been warned....
Very good alternatives are Hotel Panorama (completely renovated interior) & Hotel Gudrun (very recent renovated rooms & bar + swimming pool). On top you'll get excellent service at both these hotels
