Experience very disappointing
I booked a double AC Room by paying amount in advance online.
When I landed on the midnight between 20th and 21st Dec 2015 with my wife they allotted a room without Air condition facility and Heater facility- in a shivering December night. when I protested they made me and wife to walk to another adjacent hotel with luggage with a promise of giving a AC room.
When we reached there they showed us a room with a 'Cooling machine'. Even though I tried to impress upon the meaning of Air-conditioned room they insisted that that part of the country AC means only cooling by reducing the temperature which will be only useful in summer . What a pity. So we walked back with luggage to the Hotel Bhagya Laxmi Hotel and spent the night in the room without AC/heater. When we asked for a Heater they said that all the available heaters are given to other patrons, though I have booked the room two months in advance for paying the full amount on line.I think, they should comnesate for 'cheating me' by giving a ordinary room and should be compensated for the suffering I have undergone.
Again another aspect is that I checked into the Hotel at 1:30 an they made me to checkout at 9am on after 7 and a half hours since they insisted that there checked out time is 9am irrespective of the check-in time. So we didnot get time relax ad have a full sleep .If they are not compensating me adequately I am planning to approach the consumer court. I am eager to know the view of cleartrip.com the facilitator. They should delete the Hotel Bhagya Laxmi from their list until they show some improvement and understand the meaning of Air-conditioned room. awaiting your response at the earlies

Very good hotel, specially staff is very nice and cooperative, They are very helpful, they change our room on request, despite very large rush of Diwali vacation they are very humble. They send our left shirt via courier to our home.
But my advice to all traveler to Abu road kindly avoid Diwali vacation as this time very huge rush
