Good Afternoon, I spoke at hotel Bhargav at Katra in the morning at 10.30 am. Their response for early check in that too by just an hour before was not what I felt . Had called the hotel to check if we can get an early check in by 11.00 am as the time says 12.00 pm was denied if we book the room by online sites which provide a discount. But booking directly would have provided us the room . I felt the hospitality industry for which they represent shall not deny a client request if it is available. Would not recommend any one for this hotel.

Very good location with Adh Kuwari visible from front side room. Good staff with willingness to help you. Food was average but good hygiene was maintained. Overall value for Money for Family travellers

The stay was perfect for 2 nights with my entire bunch of 15 family members. Staff cooperative. Points to improve :-
Shuttle service should have been complementary.
Kitchen should open 24×7 for atleast tea n hot water.

We stayed here in the first week of December 2016 with friends. The location no doubt is great. The eating outlets like Dominos, Sagar ratna and a multiplex are just few steps away. Helipad and Railway station is also near to this place. This hotel is also listed with Oyo rooms.
Initially we liked the hotel and the rooms but then they had some power failure and just single phase was coming. We could not get hot water. We were almost in dark during most of the time we stayed there. This just ruined everything.
The staff though were really trying to get things fine. The hotel also has a restaurant though we didn't tried that.
Overall an average property good for someone looking for budget rooms with very good location.

The rooms are small, blankets are untidy, bathroom is super small. we were a group of 16 and had 8 rooms in the hotel and no room was better than the other all are equally bad. in some room the AC was not working, in other the room the bathroom door will not close or some issue in the bathroom. the food is very average only have food in hotel if you feel there is no other option just 50meter away you have options like dominos, sagar ratna, barista and ample number of dhabas. the service is very slow. they provide you drop to Katra chowk, badh ganga or helipad only if they feel like unlike other hotels who give a complimentary pick n drop.
the good side is that is away from the hustle bustle on the station road, thus near to station and helipad. they allow a early check in subject to availability.
overall i suggest you can book a better hotel at the same price nearby to the location itself.
