This is my 3-4th time when I visited last week (Oct 28th). Whenever I drive to Tirupathi, my lunch or dinner on my way back is at Bhimas. To begin with, it's off the crowded feet of Thirumala. You get nice parking and very decent crowd comes.
Bit expensive but worth the money. I love their meals. If you reach for dinner, order their channa pattura and dosa items. Especially the chilly panner or panner 65 is totally a different taste.
I get a peaceful food before I drive back. You have nice sofa in the reception to relax before driving. Only issue I have is that, restaurant is at basement with no elevator functioning (IMO, it has never worked or not existed). Not too many steps to walk for such good food. I recommend. Quality remains same since I first visited in 2012 or so.

Had lunch on the hotel during Tirupati Bala ji Trip. Nice food and friendly staff. My Kid loved their Veg Noodles. North Indian currys were well cooked
Only Dal was available without onion garlic. Could not get alternate for it

the hotel is bad the ac smell is bad and the cant piant for the hotel and the bahtrooms are very bad try to uprade the hotel but in in yhat food was good in marrige roonms some lights are bad and music speaker are bad and damged

Bhimas, the only name you here from everyone when you land in Tirupati. So finding it won't be any problem, any autowala or cabs will take you.
There are two other budget Bhimas hotels (Bhimas Paradise and Bhimas Delux Hotel), don't mistake them for this hotel.
Hotel Lobby is good, staff was very good and helpful in answering all queries. They have a standard south Indian Buffet breakfast spread.
Rooms were good and the toilets were also clean. They also provide airport pick up upon request, and also taxi service to Tirumala.
Overall I would suggest everyone this hotel, also family friendly. Try the restaurant in the hotel even if you are not staying in this hotel, they have good tahlis in the Lunch.

Hotel is very near to bus station & 1 km from railway station. its a 3 star hotel with good quality and tasty food available. Have good parking place also. Hotel is well maintained & looks good & South India food taste good.
