Yesterday evening I was travelling from rameswaram and booked one ac accommodation for me to spend one night at your hotel, but the money deducted from my bank account but the booking was confirmed. I'm helpless... Please refund the money.

Arrived to find that our booking had not appeared not sure if that's an issue with the hotel or booking.com.
For a 'delux' double it's pretty poor, sheets and pillow cases look suspect and the floor hasn't been swept so is pretty dirty, AC unit is barely able to keep the room cool.
The only real plus is the hot shower really is a hot shower.
It's not particularly cheap but is a budget option, luckily we are only here for 1.5 nights.
Wouldn't come here again.

Pros: Convenient location Value for money Clean room(I was given corner room in first floor. Inside room it was fine but once we come out it was stinking from straight down from bar) They provide RO purified water Room has LED TV Cons: I was given corner room in first floor. Inside room it was fine but once we come out it was stinking from straight down from bar Wi fi is not working well. Fine thats not serious problem. Even our Mobile phone signals also not string in the given room. Please do not take corner room. If you travel by own car, forget about this hotel. Getting in and out in the street is extreme pain

I not recommend to any one stay here for a night it's worth mentioning hotel ever I have seen why people book this hotel no reactions it's all in one word if you want kill your patience so you can come here

booked this for my family...first of all receptionist was drunk and he asked us for money, after arguing for 30 mins that we have already paid he allotted us a room.. no AC in room eventhogh we booked Double Deluxe AC.. Toilet was extremely dirty... room was full of mosquitoes... they did'nt even give us sheets to cover... After prolonged argument they gave us a coil for mosquitoes.... that was really the worst experience ever...only thing good is it is close to meenakshi temple
