Hotel Boreal was super ! Centrally located about 1 minute from avenue jean médecin/tram and under 10 minutes from the train station. Beds were extremely comfortable, rooms clean and spatious, staff very courteous. I recommend !

I stayed there were a group from Rail Discoveries, and was pleasantly surprised by my room, which was tucked away at the back, and so nice and quiet. The staff were very friendly, spoke good English, and the room was always clean and tidy. Breakfast is basic Continental style, but plentiful. The only suggestion I would have is for the cereals to come in a bigger container. The poor staff had to keep topping up the small bowls.

The hotel is in a good location easily walkable from the railway station in a side street so very quiet for a city. Our room was small but well-designed apart from the bathroom door. The hairdryer handle was cracked. Good breakfasts although room became very crowded at busy times.

This is my second stay at the Boreal. Always good friendly staff always clean and tidy. A quiet hotel in the heart of the city for me location is everything. The Boreal certainly delivers on all counts easy access to both new and old town. Easy access to transport links tram and train. Like most city centre hotels parking especially in Nice is a problem although plenty of local car parks available. Lots of places to eat in walking distance. Will. Stay again on my next visit to Nice.

The hotel was very convenient for the railway station, the old town and the shops. Situated on a quiet side street, there are restaurants nearby. We had a room on the first floor at the back of the hotel which although small was comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was as you'd expect in Europe. Staff were friendly and the hotel was clean. Would definitely stay here again if we return to Nice.
