if u have to stop in Boulder and u wish to see an historic hotel it is indeed one u can stop by. However i am not sure that an afternoon break will not be enough...to see this building.
it is expensive , though very well located, it is clean and with some charm.....

Best spot in Boulder. Truly magical! Our home away from home! We have stayed here three different times and each has been a wonderful experience. Steps to Pearl St; Corner Bar is great for food and drinks; best breakfast in town!

A must visit/stay while in Boulder. It was a wonderful experience while visiting my daughter at CU. The hotel was very attentive and helpful. We had a great time meeting up with others at the hotel bar.

Lovely historic hotel in the heart of Boulder, close to everything. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Be sure to take the "historic elevator" for a ride. My room was 501, located on the top floor it was quiet, spacious and packed with historic artifacts. It was very clean and well maintained.

Our family met in Boulder from all over the U.S. The hotel was gorgeous and historic. The staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant was amazing. We loved the proximity to Pearl Street, shopping, Farmer's Market, Chataqua Park and would highly recommend it to others.
