The hotel looks good from the outside and the pictures on the website are missleading. It makes you think all rooms are nice and big. But the rooms in the building we stayed are old and stuffy and don't even have A/C. We paid 120 Euro for a tiny room, with one little window and an old bathroom under the roof and the cleaning crew did not change our towels.
Besides of that, breakfast was good and the view of the lake in the morning while having breakfast is great.
The owner lady is another not so happy adventure, she is rude but only to her staff ( in front of guests) and to the average guest too! There was a "famous author" at the same time and she was not tired to whisper it to everybody. Thats really appalling!

We stayed here for three nights in July 2016, during high season. The staff was super friendly and fast. The rooms in this family-run hotel were very modern, clean and quiet. We even had a veranda with a beautiful view to the lake. The attached restaurant served good quality fish for reasonable prices. The manager himself created a perfect holiday mood with his changing ties and his happy character :-)

We flew into Verona and arranged return transfers to the hotel for convenience. These however are quite expensive, if you haven'y much luggage or want to save some money a combination of train and bus would be lots cheaper. the hotel is about a half hours bus from Garda. We would return to this hotel but probably ask for a room that has been refurbished. Ours in the older part was a little stuffy, though a fan was supplied and we did have wonderful lake views. The shower in our bathroom was really small and we did feel a bit like something in a test tube once inside ! the bed was really comfortable and the only noise at night was the lapping of the water on the lake, oh and those pesky mosquito's ! So best take something if you suffer. Also perhaps a travel kettle if you fancy a cup of tea in bed ! The hotel staff were attentive and accommodating, and seemed to be working tirelessly. when the waiters were not serving they were polishing tables, cleaning windows just about anything. The hotel clientele is predominately German and we did feel we stuck out like sore thumbs being English. All of the staff also seemed to be fluent in German but not quite so in English. Breakfast was plentiful, get in early if you want a boiled egg, the hot bath you sit them in takes 7 minutes and only does 8 or so at a time! Germans are quicker ! (also in bagging a sun loungers with towels !) don't forget if you want a cappuccino with breakfast it is extra, whilst a filter coffee with hot milk is included. The hotel restaurant is very popular so do book a table if you want to sit beside the lake for supper. We also ate at La Roche a popular pizza restaurant a short walk (2 minutes at the most) along the lake. Again superb service and food. (pizzas are from about 6 euros) Whilst here we took several bus trips out, once up to Riva and once down to Garda. tickets can be bought from the newsagents by the hotel. We all agreed out of all the places we visited on route none were a patch on Brenzone and the lovely Hotel Brenzone.

When looking for a place to spend my birthday weekend we found this gem. Greatly located at the lake, beautiful modern rooms superbly furnished. Lake view. When found out it was my birthday I received a special breakfast table and our room was specially prepared ❤️

The hotel looks good, the rooms in the extra building are old and stuffy and don't provide A/C while they do charge you for the same price as the newer rooms in the main building.
There are not enough beds in the garden, some people leave their towels on the beds at morning and go out the whole day, the hotel does not do anything about this behavior.
The service in the bar and restaurant is good.
Overall conclusion, only book this hotel when you are sure you sleep in the main building.
