The rooms here are good, fine facilities but basic amenities like providing hot water 24/7 was not met with. Also the restaurant (status) in the hotel had terribly lame service with understaffed waiters as the restaurant is open to local people as well (food was great though but again terribly lame service takes a lot of time). Other then dat location is satisfactory and reception is good.

I have stayed in this hotel for a week and noticed few things.
* Cleanliness-not so good
* Food-Good
* Stay place- Nearby at tourist location
I was not satisfied with the service which got. Costing is high but not with the quality

Good place to stay in mathura. I stayed there on a business trip. Very neat n clean place n rooms. Near to railway station. Good food but all veg... i guess maintaining the sanctity of religious place. Warm n helpful staff.

price for money you spend. within city. very nearby to Bus stand ad Railway Station. Very crowded place. Good for Business Travelers. But if you are on pilgrimage tour, I suggest you stay in Vrindavan .

Only reason why i choose this hotel was its proximity to Railway station and it looked decent one. We reached hotel at 9.30 and requested for early checkin, which they accepted. Room was clean. We had issue with Bathroom- Leaking ceiling and Shower wasn't working, which they fixed, though.
Breakfast was good with several options.
Staff could have been more friendly. I don't mean they were rude but a smile when you checkin and check out would certainly make a lot difference.
Overall it was a decent stay.
