Check off every category that is important in rating a hotel - location, friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, location, comfortable room, great value, oh yes, and location. All were superb. I especially liked the afternoon tea with pastries, and the beverage cart available 24/7 with port and sherry. The recently completed renovation was very well done. In other words, I can recommend Britania Hotel and would certainly return there.

Excellent accommodations.. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was attentive and very helpful with restaurant recommendations and walking directions.. Location was quite good, walking distance to many restaurants and sights.

The hotel location is excellent with easy access to the centre and metro. We could not praise the staff enough, nothing was too much trouble and their warm and super friendly approach made our city break. The hotel rooms were luxurious and a great size the beds being the largest we have ever seen!!Lisbon is a fantastic place and would highly recommend a trip to Sinatra. The weather was fantastic especially for late November.

We had a great stay at Hotel Britania. It is in a good location, central but very quiet - it is about a 20 minute walk to the waterfront and also the Bairro Alto area via the elevator Gloria. The room was huge, we didn’t hear any street noise during the night, the Molton Brown products are also a nice touch. There was a good selection at breakfast and we found all of the staff very nice and helpful. Overall a great place to stay for our first visit to Lisbon and we definitely recommend

I stayed here twice in November , coming and going from Portugal. A delightful Art Deco hotel with a warm, gracious and informative staff. Very convenient for walking and sightseeing. Wonderful tea served from 4-9pm, a great time to mingle with other guests. Their full breakfast is amazing.
