The entrance is a turn-off but once in , it is comfortable for one/ two nights. House keeping is pretty good with clean bed linen and towels. Breakfast is moderate but what swings is the location and staff. A special thanks to Rodrigues and Jayashree and the team for the personalized care.
We were part of a wedding contingent and in spite of the initial apprehension it turned out to be a good stay. Value for money and though the solo lift is old-fashioned, no hiccups .

Rooms were clean. House keeping was excellent. Daily change of Towels, replenishing the essentials, Mineral water etc. Good staff behaviour. However the Elevator is old modelled sliding door type. Buffet breakfast was modest, not much varieties but okay for the business traveller.

We were here for a night. It is close to Diamond Garden, on Sion-Trombay Road. All the buses going out of Mumbai stop here. So it is a convenient point if you have to take a bus out of Mumbai. Reasonable place, average room service.Housekeeping above average.

I stayed there for a week. I found services to be OK. Staff is polite and cooperative. Location is very good as all sorts of conveyance available near by. Although cleanliness of rooms require more attention.

the place was very small. room service wasn't great and neither was the restaurant downstairs. the restaurant wasn't clean. the good thing about the hotel is its location as it is on the main road which is easily accessible and the boarding points for most busses is just across the hotel
