I got very sad experience at this hotel. I was here for business visit at Pune. They gave me a room which was not at all clean since ages.
When I check-in there was a thick layer of dust on floor. Room number 504. Next day I complained this to reception then I got new room which number was 309.
That day I decided to ordered food from room service. No one pick up my call in room service. As there was a party going on inside restaurant. So even room service attendant was busy with party. So I gave my order to front desk person. I had few drinks before my food comes in so I asked for ice and water. Ice was so bad quality for which they charged me rupees 100 for 2 buckets of ice. I ordered food at 10.30 and my food came inside room at 11.30. As a chef even I know biryani don't take 1 hour of preparation.
Overall it was very bad experience. I will say don't go in this hotel even you are getting good deal.

Room was spacious with tea maker, TV, internet I stayed in room no 302. Bed was comfortable. Lighting arrement is good. One can read and write. Service is fast. room service is available with extra charges. Break fast is buffet. Lot of variety of Combo food is also available which is sufficient for single person.
Onle problems in wash room are bath tub and commode.

i had booked hotel 23rd oct to 25th oct , nice location, staff is very helpful , a reception boy Munshad is very good and friendly, hotel room services is nice. The staff in the restaurant are very good. Food is very good and tasty. A very good budget hotel. i enjoyed my stay here......

I had booked Brookside through Ibibo as my Mom was traveling to Pune from Nasik from 18th Oct-22nd Oct 2017. This is the second time that I had booked this hotel for her stay as the previous experience was very good.
Pro's: 1. Big room unlike many other hotels where rooms are small and suffocating.
2. Tea Kettle, Fridge, LCD TV with local cable service provided. Most of the TV channels are available.
3. Room is absolutely clean and well maintained.
4. Housekeeping staff is very prompt in service.
5. Hotel Staff - Ms. Meenu Kumari / Ms. Pallavi and Benny (Duty Manager) are all very courteous and helpful. They took care of my mom very well including they surprised her with a birthday cake on 19th Oct. All the days my mom was there she was very happy with the attention received from the staff to the extent that I did not require to worry about anything.
Areas of Improvement:
1. Breakfast needs more variety. They have Onion Uttapam, Aloo Paratha or Poha to choose from. Very limited options.
2. Air Conditioning was switched off twice at night. Had to complain to the staff and it was started again.
3.The Bathroom can be a bit inconvenient for Senior Citizens. The space is limited and there is a bath tub that occupies most of the Bathroom. To have a bath you have to get into the bathtub as the shower is placed right above it. Senior Citizens may find it very difficult and slippery to get into the Bath Tub.
4. They provide only 1 bottle of drinking water. Most Hotels these days provide two.
5. Restaurant needs be better, looks very dull. They have an excellent location not sure why they do not spruce up the restaurant even for the local walk ins.
Overall, my mom had a very good and happy stay. I would recommend this hotel to everyone. It is a very convenient location in Viman Nagar as well. There are many good restaurants around to eat and also hailing autos and cabs is very easy. The area is also very safe if you are returning late night. Phoenix MarketCity is nearby if you want to go shopping. Airport is also a 15 minutes drive. Railway Station is about 30-40 minutes depending on traffic.

Hotel room service is too good but the staff at night shift and maintenance of the room bathrooms are very poor, as the water flow is too slow and flush are not working properly, else beds are really good
