Hotel is located in Panaji city near to very famous Kala Academy. Property is old but well maintained. Room is specious. no balcony. Attached toilets are clean but small. Local Goan staff is very friendly & helpfull. No Lift. Wifi is not working. travel desk manager Mr. Patil is very nice guy. He offer us very nice deals.
Hotel has bar and restaurant.
Booked from OYO got very nice deal.

Very good especialy staff of travel desk helped Us very muvh.. and roooms were good, resturant eas super especialy lunch buffet. Travel desk and reception stafffs were exvellent.. alll behabior and etiqutte was good

We booked the room through OYO and got good deal. Checkin was smooth. Rooms were clean. The best thing is the Location with a beautiful park nearby. City centre is at a walkable distance. You will get public transport bus within 200 Meyer walk. Two wheeler rent is also available in the hotel. Good parking place. Few rooms are reserved for SBI. Only reason for giving 4 star is because of the room service. It could have improved.
Overall nice stay. Recommended if looking for hotel in Panjim.

Excellent location, peaceful locality, walking distance to the main square, reasonably priced. Very helpful and courteous staff. A birthday surprise was kept in the room when we entered. It was very thoughtful of the owner to do so. Room service was very efficient and breakfast was awesome. Would love to stay at this place again.

The hotel as it is very nice but they have a pathetic house keeping . Water glasses are not washed or cleaned . Dust or paper which are on the ground are pushed under the bed or tables . Toilet seat keeps breaking every second day . Hope they improve on this .
