Nice hotel, well situated for restaurants and El Corte Inglés.
Nathan Don 20/07/2017 15:45Expected quality hotel for the money but no fridge in rooms. Attentive friendly staff. Described as 'hotel/restaurant', except there seems to only be one set 2 or 3 course meal, at a glance. There is a 'cafe' where you can buy lighter meals and snacks. Breakfast is standard, as expected. Besides that, right behind there's a complex of many different restaurants and bars of varied price ranges.
Very close by car to Alcalá de Henares historical quiet town. Also El Corte Inglés is walkable distance (10 min. or less).
Stayed for a convention 10-15 min. away ;)
Simple, Clean and Comfortable

The place was very clean, our rooms were well prepared with air con. The beds were reasonably comfy too.
It's a well positioned little hotel, close to the main road, also a rail station not too far, within walking distance. Theirs also a little square nearby with bars and restaurants.
Staff were all welcoming. It filled our basic needs ver well.

The hotel and rooms are beautifully clean. Free 24hr wifi worked well. Food reasonable. Bar and restaurant understaffed, so slow service.
Great value for money, I'm sure we will be back on our next trip to Madrid.

billy won 06/03/2017 12:06Have stayed many times and have always had a very good experience , the staff are helpful, professional and make the stay very enjoyable. The rooms are spotless , comfortable, I hope to be there soon . The hotel is well situated, the metro is two minutes walk , there are many restaurants in the " la garena plaza " there is also a Cort Ingles , 10 minute walk away
Business Visit to Hotel Campanile Madrid-Alcala
BrianWeon 28/10/2016 20:02Hotel Campanile is a straightforward inexpensive commercial hotel in Alcala de Henares.
The check-in was helpful.
The rooms are not large but are normal of that kind of hotel and location. The rooms were clean - if well worn, although the air conditioning was a bit noisy.
The bathroom were similarly appointed - but the lighting was excellent, and everything else worked.
The hotel appeared to have a restaurant, but no-one was dining in it, although it was possible to get food at the bar. There are other restaurants and bars nearby, and a couple of large shops - a supermarket and a good department store - within easy walking distance, although most of the local shoppers appeared to drive there.
Breakfast was slightly basic and limited, but adequate.
I had a some difficulty checking in for our return flight, and the check-in boarding confirmations didn't arrive at the reception as hoped, but it wasn't a problem.
The WiFi was free but limited to one phone or i-pad
