I like the location
reception is fast and flexible, staff with a smile and helpful
Room is clean and acceptable, furniture is semi fresh but not outdated...
Breakfast is good as well, they serve good coffee

We only stopped here overnight on our way down toward Bologna. Check-in was quick, efficient, and super friendly. The room was very nice - modern and clean with everything we needed. It was also very quiet so we had a great night's sleep. The breakfast was also very good and everyone there was helpful and friendly too. Great room, great price, and fantastic staff.

The hotel was booked as we came to a exhibition , we asked for a iron they did provide one ( for a 4 star hotel )? We asked if they had a travel adaptor they did not have one , the chap that served us in the evening was really pleasant , the lady in the day just gave us basic help , I would avoid staying over at the Carpi hotel , worse experience for ages. They did not have basic amenities for the customer.

Late evening arrival on a business trip, very helpful and alert receptionist to accommodate us and look for late evening restaurant on walking distance. Buffet breakfast with very friendly service and good quality food. The only dropback was the bathroom (bad smell and old toilet). Also the drainage of the bathroom shower of my colleague was not working....
This is a pitty for this modern style and nice hotel. To be improved.
Will return just for the very friendly service!!

Good location near some places to eat and drink .
The room are nice and big , the staff are very friendly, nice breakfast and good price . Near by you can find cafes, bars,restaurants and shopping centers
