Great hotel, friendly staff, amazing view from la terraza at the top floor with a bistro o mini restaurant, food and drinks with the view of the city. Great and healthy breakfast which is free. Pool nice and super clean.

beautiful hotel,friendly staff,very clean,nice restaurant,in general i had a good time,the include breakfast was ok,not great.the hotel location is not that convenient but you can take a taxi so is not a problem.

Pros: I must say that we were happy with the choice of hotel we made while our visit to Cucuta. The hotel is located in the center part of city, the rooms located infront of the pool are very beautiful and quiet. The bar located on the roof has an incredible view with great food and service. Bell boys and waiters very attentive.
Cons:
~Breakfast was okay, I would suggest more variety of foods would do great. Also don't know why the orange juice is very difficult to get at the restaurant.
~The rooms were nice however I reported twice about the temperature of the water going in and out in room 1301, in which, the water burnt me a little and no one at the reception seemed to care. I do appreciate the young gentleman who called me to inform me on the status of my room.
I will recommend this hotel for those coming on business and leisure travel.

New building rooms are comfortable but subject to street traffic noise, especially during the morning rush hour. The main attraction of this hotel is the location central to the main plaza and major shopping opportunities. Restaurant food was surprisingly good and the staff was always friendly and helpful, but you need to speak a little Spanish to communicate.

Casablanca was a pleasant surprise. The hotel is lovely, nice decorated and with a beautiful restaurant on the top.
The breakfast is great, you can eat eggs, cereal, fruits, pastries and nice fresh juices.
The gym is comfortable, although they should buy weights and benches.
However, I have a critic, the pool is not available and no one told me that when me and my family did the reservation.
But trust me, you're going to love this well located hotel.
