Considering the location, this is a very good hotel to stay in. I roadtripped here and have a memory of a hole in the wall motel in OK that had me thinking I'd get crabs from the bed. Yikes. Back to Case Grande. Yes, it's old. Maybe the furniture a bit tired. Maybe the carpet is a bit old, worn and dated, however, I believe it's all in decent condition. My room was clean and comfortable. I felt safe here. This part of Juarez is not much different than El Paso imho.
Ok, my absolute favorite part is the breakfast buffet. Omg. Yummers. Anybody bashing the staff is ridiculous. They're all so friggin friendly. Everyone says Buenos Dias to you. Mexicans here are laid back. They might have less, but they don't carry the stress we Americans do. Please tip the staff. They deserve it.
Ridiculous to go on complaining about this hotel and it's staff. Lol like who do you think you are? The queen of England?
That said, 3 stars because all my needs were met. The breakfast buffet gets 5 stars from me. If you're a foodie, enjoy!!!

Dirty, lazy employees, rude clerks and awful amenities. Never go there in summer, there's no a/c in the lobby!
Since the day I arrived I knew this hotel would go bad. At the door, a police officer with an Ak-47 hanging on his chest... SMOKING! The room was so dirty and the tv broken, so I asked for another room. The pool is a so disgusting, water is green! There aren't ice machines, so you have to call room service to get some ice... after 1 hour and three calls asking for it.
That night, someone parked a car with a broken alarm that triggered every 2 minutes. I called front desk to report it, the guy who answered said there wasn't anything he could do because the car wasn't recorded in their system to any guest.
I had planned to be there for 4 nights... after only one night without sleep due to that briken alarm, I better left the hotel. I'll never return.

The location is good but the room is not so. the food is no tasty. I asked for a suop with chicken and the taste was. My room has a flat tv but without control and sometimes loose the signa It didn't like me. the gym is quit enough but doesn't has run belt.

Reasonably comfortable by us mid-range hotel standards; the restaurant was pretty mediocre because food was cold and clearly microwaved. Since there isn't much nearby they have little incentive todo well. Breakfast was better effect style. Ask for inside room as those on main road are noisy as it is main route to airport about 20-30 minutes away due to traffic.

While it does have all accommodations a hotel should have it's not well kept. The blankets were stained,the pool was dirty,and the morning buffet was only free for 2 adults. We had to pay about $4US per child for our two kids, that hardly eat eggs and the hotel is highly priced for Mexico. We paid $700mx pesos for 4 orders at their restaurant; the next day we went across the street and paid $330mx pesos for 5 orders! I recommend if you are on a business trip and are trying to save money. The hotel is very safe, economic and has a shuttle included w/hotel.
