They welcome you by your name before you tell them and with a smile. The place is in perfect order, everything clean and tidy. Aesthetic in every single detail.
The common spaces are plenty of plants and antiques hiding between, Many of them older than 200 years. A coffe machine is there always ready for you.
Rooms are not too big, but they are comfortable enough. Nice, cousy and clean. Satellite TV, AC and free good quality Wifi. Bathrooms are ok, The pool at the top is small but very well maintained. Breakfast is always different and you can choose some of the options they offer you every day. Personell is always nice and helpful,
Lovely place to stay in the walled city.

A great place to stay while in Cartagena. Only problem for me was the 3 flights of stairs but I knew that before I got there. The staff is unbelievably good. Very attentive and would go out of their way to help.

The hotel is centrally located in the old town and as such is the perfect base from which to explore the city. It is an oasis of calm away from the busy streets and the lovely private rooftop terrace pool and bar are a great place to come back to after exploring. Staff are warm and welcoming and helpful, the building is lovely with an open atrium and garden. Breakfast could be better but its on a par with most other place we stayed in Colombia, certainly more than adequate. I would recommend it.

Casa La Fe was a perfect oasis in Cartagena for our family - great location, lovely decor, comfortable rooms, great breakfast, rooftop pool to cool off in, and incredibly helpful and welcoming staff, especially Samuel and William, who went above and beyond for us. No matter what you need they will assist and be sure that your stay is perfect. Very nice rooftop with little swimming pool and bar. Nice breakfast. Well situated in the old part of the city. 100% satisfaction!
