What People are saying
It's had a makeover!

I've stayed at this hotel on four previous occasions - usually late Summer/early Autumn but haven't been for a couple of years. So, I was pleasantly surprised to see that all the public areas on the first and lower ground floor have had a make over. Everywhere is now dazzlingly white and modern.
The dining room has been re-fitted and now opens out to the pool area, which is also completely different with all new sun loungers - so looks very swish.
They've also created a new gym/fitness room alongside the pool which is fitted out with four pieces of cardio equipment and all new Technogym weights and machines. It's so much better than what they had before and is now actually safe to use and with a good enough range of equipment to satisfy most people. The only downside is there's no air conditioning which means that even with the doors fully folded back it's often too hot to work out.
The food is pretty much as I remember it before. I stayed half board and was always able to find enough of what I wanted to eat at breakfast and dinner. Both are buffet style. One improvement at breakfast is that you are now served fresh tea/coffee at the table rather than have to use vending machines. In my view the cold buffet items are better than the hot which can be a bit hit and miss - especially when they try to feature the cuisine of another country. One night it seemed to be Italian night - but the canneloni and lasagne were nothing like they should be and verging on the inedible. That said the sushi on another night was done well. Perhaps they'd be better featuring more Spanish food and doing it to high standards. The waiting staff are all new and younger and all very happy/smiling and efficient.
The upgrade of the public areas now make the rooms feel a bit ordinary. I stayed in 512. Nothing particularly wrong with it - but it felt a bit sterile and basic. The only splash of colour was a grey throw on the bed and the pillows are as floppy as rabbit ears. As others have commented, there's a fridge in the room - but that's about the only amenity. I could only find two English speaking channels on the TV and they were news related - there's lots more choice for other languages. The bathroom is clean and tidy with a good size walk in shower and plenty of hot water.
I keep coming back to this hotel as it's away from the hustle and bustle - usually without any young children and you can escape to the roof terrace for some peace and quiet. To a large degree that peace and quiet has been shattered. They now play constant 'muzak' on the terrace which is more annoying than you hear in a lift/supermarket and WAY too loud. I found it hard to concentrate on my book and could hear it even when I was listening to my own music! They need to do something about this as it spoils what is otherwise a great space - while I was there a number of guests would come up to the roof but would leave quiet soon, put off by the music. I'm going to try and add an audio clip of the music - but no promises.
I'm pleased to say the free internet coverage has improved since I was here last and you can get a signal almost anywhere in the hotel - but is non existent on the roof. There's not really any excuse for that in this day and age if you can put a speaker and music up there!
So, well done on the refurbishment, I will be back - but please have a think about the annoying music, this is not and never will be a chill out hotel in Ibiza.
Fantastic

Best place. Everything about this place is perfect. Live cooking stations fresh hot food. Make you own sushi. The animation team especially Sabrina are on point. Really great. No local spirits all your Gordon's or your Smirnoff is part of all inclusive. Great cocktails part of all inclusive. Bar staff and waiting staff are great. Rooms are lovely. Close to the beach and close to the shops. Infinity pool was freezing but the bigger pool was warm. Only downside is the nail bar. Paid a pretty penny to get my nails done for the way back home. Thought why not eh? She done shellac but it was all over my fingers and it wasn't the colour I wanted. It also just peeled off. Not good quality especially since I avoided the pool after putting them on. The nail technician was also rather rude about other guests.

Clean, modern hotel. Good breakfast buffet. No kids :-) Slightly older guests
Jacuzzi on roof. Also nudist area on roof, but screened of so you don't see anything.
Nice and quiet free secure, parking. Generous cocktails around 5€
Note: on the map the hotels looks close to the beach (about 150m) but beware that there is quite a LOT of steps down to the beach, so might not be suitable for the infirm
Just perfect!!

We stayed here in October 2016 for 7 nights and we couldn't have been more impressed. The hotel is modern, immaculately clean and the staff are fantastic.
Rooms - pretty basic but have everything you require. More modern than the majority of all inclusive resorts around Europe. Very clean, housekeepers popped by daily.
Staff - amazing!! Very friendly and helpful.
Food - a good 3*. Nothing that wowed me but plenty to choose from, something for everyone - including my overly fussy boyfriend!
Pool/jacuzzi area - such a lovely area, so clean and the sun beds are amazing!! We didn't have an issue getting sun beds during our visit but you may do during the summer months.
Entertainment - pretty average. We went out most nights so didn't actually see a huge deal.
Location - couldn't have wished for a better spot!! 10 minute walk from the hustle and bustle and the beach.
I wouldn't recommend this hotel for families, there wasn't anything offered for children during our stay so would advise going elsewhere with kids.
Just a couple of suggestions -
Please label the food properly and not with a picture of what meat it is.
You need a bar on the roof!!!
Faboulous hotel with great potential, but bad customer management and food

This hotel is great architecture and design and very well thought through. And very very clean. So could not ask for anything better here.
On the other hand the staff and customer management was the exact opposite - very arrogant, not listening and poorly qualified except for the girl running the activities around the pool - she really did a good job.
When you arrive to the hotel you are met with a bad customer experience and arrogant personnel. In addition you are told to wear a plastic band around your arm the whole stay, so they can see, that you are not entitled to lunch and dinner. Come on - this is a hotel for grown-ups. In addition you get a long speach about towels and towel management. You can only change at certain times, and you will get a fine, if you loose either your towel token or the towel. So you feel very welcomed. :(
Also we had specified we wanted a room at top floors - which we did not get and no excuse for that at all. Strange.
So change the management, train the staff and this can be a faboulous total experience. It really has great potential.
