The building looks a classic sixties concrete monster but they have made an effort to drag it up date, but maybe they could do a bit more. The lobby has a mis match of furniture and sofas, that are not that comfy. You do get a welcome drink and so you can sit and contemplate how many different places they got the furniture from.
The room was fine, the minibar seemed to dominate the space however as it was lumped on top of some flatpack draws that were a bit unnecessary. The AC worked a treat, good as it is very hot here.
The shower was nice and heated up very quickly. The little round puck of soap however was the pain in the .... At first sight the transparent disk of soap looked like it was quality stuff. After finally getting the clingfilm wrapping off, it flew out my hand. It then skated around the shower cubicle, running rings around me, it seemed to want to escape and return to an ice hockey game. As soon as I did get it back in my fingers again the little yellow gem would slip or shoot out of my grip. Without being able to get a purchase on thing it preceeded to play air hockey in the shower. This thing is a prisoners nightmare.
Breakfast is ok, if you are able to make it down after having spent 2 hours chasing soap in the shower.
Staff are friendly enough.

This hotel is absolutely wonderful. The service is excellent. The staff is very friendly and eager to help. The cost is very reasonable and the value is outstanding. I recommend Hotel Casino Internacional to anyone who comes to Cucuta. You will enjoy it very much.

The hotel location is ideal. The bedroom was nice, clean and with good space. Good closets and the security locker was very handful. King mattress and nice shower The pool was nice and perfect for the warm temperatures of Cucuta.

The hotel was fabulous, service very professional. We enjoyed our time in the country. Brief but our hotel had everything I needed. Recommendation is high high!! The pool area and bars are really nice. The room
Was so clean and fresh. The bed sheets were so tight almost felt like the paint it on
Very crisp feeling. I would come on vacation with my family. Absolutely wonderful

This hotel is completely pleasant. My wife and me enjoyed our stay in this hotel. The quality of the service given by the staff is amazing and we feel very well with that. The room was tidy and clean. It has a confortable bed, a desk, TV with cable, a good bathroom and a good view of the city. This hotel is located in downtown area, near to Ventura Plaza Shopping Center and several small stores. Clearly, this is a very good hotel.
