Room is tottally disaster, everything is dirty and smelly. The headchef is very kind and usefull, but other facilities are tottaly bad, except breakfast. Breakfast is tasty, but the offer is to low. You can get just eggs and poor sandwiches( salami and cheese)

We bought a ticket at one Croatian webservice with half board and big double bed for a couple, and guess what - there were two single beds put together, with so much space between we almost drop. What can we say about the dinner, here you go soups and main dish and the desert, no matter if you are still eating dish before. No uniforms for employees, no bread, breakfast is better to skip than to eat. Feel sorry for buying this cupons. Never again...

Room was very clean, neat, with Wi-fi and nice bathroom definitely worth 4* hotel. We also enjoyed sauna which was very good with really nice relaxation area.
For 4* hotel I expected more various food. Breakfast and especially dinner (only one menu) are not on 4* hotel level, but we were lucky and liked our food.
All in all, very pleasant stay.

Thanks Simona for a lovely stay at your hotel. The rooms are much nicer than at the other four star hotels on the Terme Cataz resort and Simona is full of positive energy. As a hotel owner I can appreciate that she not only manages the hotel but make sure everyone is taken care of working not only at the reception but also in the kitchen and where ever needed. The hotel is definitely family friendly with a selection of toys in one of the dining areas so that the parents may have some peace before and after the day at the pool slides or snow fun. Thanks again!

Highly recommended. The rooms is big and clean. Great location very close for all destinations. Our stay was very pleasant and we had a feeling like we're at home. Thank you so much for such a wonderful stay.
