We put the road into sat nav and it took us miles away to another part of Novara with exactly the same name of the street. When we mentioned it to the reception she said it happens often. So, why don't they mention it on the website? However reception were very helpful and they have their own parking. The rooms were particularly clean with lots of dust around but bathroom was OK. There were also no news channels on their TV. It's not in the best part of town because it is where the immigrants gather, but the actual town is a short walk away. Novara is lovely. The day we were there (and they only have it once a year) there was a large "fair" with hundreds of stalls selling food, goods etc. But what a happy place it was. Just a wonderful afternoon. Lots of good restaurants for evening eating and there were lots of youngsters of student age around just having a good time and not laying in the streets drunk!! Altogether a great couple of days in Novara. Our nice blonde receptionist (sorry cannot remember your name) recommended the Ristorante Pizzeria which was superb. Packed with Italians which is a good sign and the food and drink were very reasonable. They not only did pizza and pasta but lots of other good Italian food.

My company has booked me on a 2 week stay at the hotel and I have informed the staff that I will check out for the weekend and will return the following week leaving my luggage with the reception. To my disappointment, the hotel charged me for the weekend and communication with them have yielded no result as they did not return my calls or indicated the person in charge is not available.
The only thing going for it is the location but their customer service leaves much to be desired.
Do check you bill for the correct nights of stay before you signed your credit card. It's a must as this is not a honest hotel.

This hotel has friendly staff and nice, large rooms with big comfortable beds. So far I've stayed twice and both rooms had a couch as well, and decent sized flat-screen TV.
There's a small bar in the lobby area for a drink, and within walking distance are a few typical Italian restaurants.
The hotel is 2 minutes walk from the train station so is ideally located.

We had a quite good experience here. The room was clean. Receptionists are friendly. Even though the breakfast was poor, the lady at the bar was very friendly at she was nice with all of us. There is a free wifi even in the room. Nice place. Recommended hotel.

Arrived at this hotel because in Milan all was booked because of the Champions League Cup but we were surprised in a good way. Clean, all fashioned, charming. Includes a Continental breakfast that is ok.
