We stayed here for 2 nights in early August. When we arrived we were moved into a three bed room with an ensuite and air con which, although basic, suited us fine. However, my friend had hurt her ankle and reception were unable to provide us with any ice or first aid. The first night was fine. The following morning we went to leave for the day and, upon leaving, were told that we had to move rooms! (This had been briefly mentioned the night before but we were told he would sort things and not to worry.) We were given 2 options: either leave all our belongings in the reception for them to move, or wait 40 minutes to move into a new room. As we weren't comfortable leaving our things, we delayed our day plans to move our things into our new room. This room had no air con, no ensuite and was extremely hot. (It was 37 degrees outside.) Then we had to leave our key at reception whenever we left! We didn't like this as they could access our room without us knowing. Our final night was so hot that we slept with wet towels on us to keep us cool!!! Also if you want to store luggage there it will be left in the main reception where they can keep an eye on it - there is no particular room.
One particular man on reception was lovely and helpful, but the others were very disinterested. The wifi was good, the location was great for travelling, and the first night means it wasn't a complete disaster, but we wouldn't stay here again.

Room was big, walls were thick, matress was good, pillows also, there was always hot water, wifi for free, staff was friendly, location exelent. Windows were able to shut out most of the noise from the station. If you are a reasonable budget traveller, this hotel is a good choice

room is very standard, bed not comfortable, tv is very small and the remote control must ask to the receptionist, heater not hot at all
only location is very near from station Milan centrale and there is a elevator
and the airport bus park infront of the hotel

I missed the last train from Milan Central Station, so decided to stay at this hotel as I only wanted somewhere to sleep for few hours. Walk - in to reception and they had shared as well individual room available. I chose Individual room. Windows opened on main street - noisy through out the night.
cleanliness was not up to the mark.
Shower drain was semi blocked
Had trouble adjusting the shower to desired speed and temperature
Charges 3% extra for card payment
Heating works ok, but no air conditioning
no hand or face towels provided
Only good point is the location - right outside Milan Central Station.

Perfect location. Thats it. Ifyou are looking for comfort on other facillities look elsewhere. Not ideal for single girls to strall around central station/hotel area after dark:) We were saticefied because of central location. Not the facillities.
