There's too many negative comments to go into......my advice to anyone booking this hotel is don't bother......we only stayed one night under duress and that was one night too many ! Thankfully we were moved to a much nicer cleaner hotel!

This is not a great hotel. This isn't even a good hotel. There is no wifi, not in the rooms or the lobby, but somewhere around the pool area, but even there it's impossible to find good signal. Speaking of pool, it's big and usually clean. Rooms are unnaturally small, and my 2 friends and I couldn't put our suitcases on the floor at the same time so we can unpack, also the sink and the shower were clogged and we had to do shower, wash hands and brush teeth in our friends room. Also, we did inform the staff, but they did nothing about it for 3 days. So there's a minus on the staff, also they aren't helpful or nice, especially to english speakers.

Stayed for 3 nights in early September 2017.
Location is not great, best is to get a car to move around. Nearest town is 5km away (Bussolengo) and the nearest town on the shore is 9km away (Lazise).
The hotel is noisy, out-dated and worn, it really needs a renovation. Services need an update, too. It would be really nice to have a shop and vending machines for drinks and snacks (wink-wink). Pool was ok.
Food services are barely adequate. The breakfast we had was lousy, the lowest should be continental breakfast (bacon, eggs, toast, salad etc.) but is not at the moment.
The hotel is good value if you plan just to sleep there and spend your days elsewhere with other activities.

I went here with a school group, and overall meh don't really recommend it.
Staff
-cleaners cleaned the rooms everyday and did a pretty thorough job. -Bar staff were amazing, so friendly,funny and kind.
-Receptionists and waiters we're very rude to Brits and locals. Screaming at young Italian children instead of speaking to there parents. The receptionist made the rules up as she went along, we locked our room key in the room and got to borrow the spare key to get it out, but friends of ours got charged £5 to borrow the spare (got money back when complained.)
Food
Breakfast and tea was horrible, they need actual toast for breakfast and not just cracker bread. Families seemed to get nicer food and treated different at meal times compared to the coach groups. But toasties served at the bar were lovely. Waiter tried to hit on a 15 year old girl on our trip, asking what car she drives and saying she was beautiful.
The pool was very nice and rooms were clean enough. Nice little park for little ones. The wifi that is advertised didn't work at all.
This place would do for a weekend holiday inbetween destinations, or as a place to sleep if the plan is to be out 90% of the time, as its only 10-20 mins away from the water parks and theme parks it's a bit further from Venice though.

Nice pool and outside area to relax but that's basically all!!!!
Rude staff and not helpful , rooms horrible and door by balcony has a tiny lock on.
We stayed for 2 nights and on the first day we asked for a tv remote, the following day still nothing until my husband went and demanded one. When we got the remote the tv kept jumping and was pointless even watching tv.
One night with the dinner option... €15 for 3 course meal and £10 for children. Was average.... Wouldn't do it for more than 1 night. Breakfast was okay, nothing special.
Area is in the middle of nowhere! U need a car or reply on public transport.. . Bus comes either every 2 hours and after that 4 hours! Get your timetable before waiting outside.
