I booked Chanchal continental from yatra.com, got the room in reasonable price. Front desk staff was good. They gave us room number 606 on first floor. Room was also good. Toiletries should be complete, they offer only soap, Negetive shampoo and tooth brush kit. Because of a crowded area lots of noise comes from outside. That night there was some Jagran nearby, so music was really very audible...
Wel the buffet breakfast is really a plus point there. Quality of food was good. Staff was also cooperative. Overall a good experience.

I have been staying at this hotel every time I am in Delhi for about 7 years now. I like it because it is clean, the rates are reasonable, the staff are awesome, and it is conveniently near the railway station.

I was traveling via New Delhi to Chandighar. I had a halt in this hotel. Good hotel. Comfortable stay. It’s a budget hotel and ideal for solo or family if you want to have overnight stay. Room and bathroom are clean. Food descent.

We stayed in that hotel twice. Personnel was very welcome and pleasant. while check-in procedure we were welcomed with complimentary juice drinks. service was very quick. room was cleaned everyday even we did not ask. we stayed in a room 706 with a window to the back site of hotel and we did not hear any noise or horns of transport, just some dogs barked time from time. in a room we had a big window which can be opened, individual air condition with remote control, kettle, thermos for water, complimentary tea and coffee, flat tv, complimentary wi-fi internet, big double bed. in the rest-room toilet and a shower did not have separation curtain, but we had the same in two other 3* and 4* hotels. also we had complimentary breakfasts at the sisters chanchal delux hotel situated on the next street in the distance about 100 metres. restaurant have a good kitchen and reasonable choice of dishes at least two time more than we had in the three different 3* and 4* hotels. so, it is a really 3* hotel with a reasonable budget price. if we have opportunity to go to delhi in the future we will stay in Chanchal continental!
