We were part of a ashtavinayak group and had lunch here the food served is very tasty and sumptuous the waiters really served with a smile don’t miss the dal khichadi it’s yummy the place is also centrally located

In Lonavala one of famous place to eat full lunch in Gujrati Thali , food quite spicy tasty , Farsan kachori, dhokla very good , sitafal basundi also very good . Place is ok for eating with family .
They serve hot chapattis, pooris , bajra roti , kchidi with ghee yummy. So if anyone passing Lonavala can go & eat .

we had visited all friends during our trip to Lonavla , the price we found in bit expensive in beginning but after checked it and the facilities which hotel offers is just awesome . Do book it in advance so you don’t pay high price , their breakfast , hotel ambiance , location is just perfect, staff also very helpful , perfect service , hotel has ample of free parking also surely revisit.

I had stayed for 2 days at this hotel and the rooms are very decent and staff is courteous and the best part is the restaurant. Food is excellent and breakfast is also very good. Also the location of the hotel us very good and very close to the main market.

I booked a Executive Room with Breakfast for 15th Sep. When I checked in, I was shocked to see a room with one Double Bed(difficult enough to accomodate even a couple with an infant). Upon complaining that the room should accomodate 4 people, as per the booking, the Manager suggested that we will be given extra mattress. I questioned if the rooms are not big enough to accomodate 4 people(out of which one child is 12 years old), they shamelessly suggested that I can upgrade to a Deluxe room by paying Rs 500 extra. What a joke? Why should I pay anything extra when I am already paying 4000 Rs for a room, that must accomodate a family of 4, as per whats mentioned on MMT site and based on which they make the booking. I still went ahead to check the Deluxe room, that had one sofa cum bed in addition to the double bed.
I imemdiately called the MakeMyTrip customer care and they spoke to the hotel management and confirmed that nowhere in terms and conditions, its mentioned to place an extra mattress, and that they should upgrade me to Deluxe room with no extra charges. I got the proper room but that was not the one initially showed to us. The direction of the TV was such that you can't watch TV while sitting on bed and it can only be viewed from the Sofa cum bed. While the other Deluxe room that was initially showed to us was having TV in proper direction. Just check the pictures of the room to find for yourself.
Apart from that, the room service was good. The room was good, spacious. The AC was in good condition. But the toilets could have been more cleaner. The location is good, with all the sightseeing points in the range of 20km max. Also, the good restaurants at a walking distance from this place. The parking space was good.
The best part about it was the Buffet Breakfast. There was a lot of variety including eggs, poha, idlis, poori bhaaji, bread butter, sandwiches, tea, coffee, corn flakes and a lot more. Not only there was variety, but the food tasted good as well. This was one thing that very much compensated for the room fiasco.
Overall, barring the room experience, it was good. The breakfast saved the day.
