It has beautifully landscaped surroundings, and has been developed to provide wholesome family entertainment.

I have Visited the Bar of Hotel Charan. Good hotel. In very crowded area. Good to live feeling like home. It has a good service and also there are both restraunt and hotel. Its a good hotel for middle class family. Over all is good...

Hotel having good locality but maintenance of hotel is very poor, room & wash room is not properly maintained, food quality is ok. Reception staff are not so cooperative. i have stuck in lift during my recently visit.

Charan hotel is located near the secretariat, location is good, as the main city centre i.e. Hazratganj is also nearby.
But coming to the hotel, it is an average, or I would say a below average place to stay.
Very unfriendly staff, as they know that anyhow there place will be full all the time, as all the government employees prefer this hotel.
But trust me if you can manage at any other place don't waste your money here.

The Stay was good comparing to the price of the room good connectivity to the markets is superb

Rooms are ok as per budget. Room Service is good with good food. Very weak internet at first floor at the corner. Good cab service arrangement by hotel at good rates. Easy accessibility to cloth market where you can shop for Lucknow's famous chikan embroider cloths
