This hotel is a bit tired since we visited 3 years ago ... no charging points in the room for your phone , but I must say the restaurant was very good, the food was very nice, staff very good and pleasant, set menu was excellent value for money .

I booked this hotel after having my flight cancelled. I got to the hotel at 11am, desperately hoping that they would have a room ready for me that early and they did! I was very impressed with how clean and spacious the room was. There was a minibar but they charged for everything, including water.
I would’ve given this place 4 or even 5 stars but there a few things that made me dislike my stay. After a night of spending time with a friend in the city (which the hotel is very far from, about 30+ minutes by taxi into the city), I got back to the hotel at 1am. The reception was completely closed which I noticed but didn’t think twice about. Until I realized that their flimsy key card no longer worked due to it being in my wallet for 5 hours. Basically, I was locked out of my room. I literally had to bang at the desk for 20 minutes at 1am just to get attention from a staff member in the kitchen. Thankfully, she helped me by reprinting another key card. I can’t even imagine if there was a dire or time sensitive emergency. Not having 24 hour reception, in a place that is so removed from the city center is downright scary.
Also, their lift did not work while I was there but thankfully I was on the first floor with small luggage bags. I can’t imagine those with large luggage bags on a higher floor did to carry them up the stairs.
I did not try their breakfast or dinner so I cannot comment on that.
Overall, VERY nice staff. Cozy room. Next to airport. Affordable rate. However, if you are staying here, it’s best to rent a car as there is free parking. Would only recommend for short stays.

Hotel chariot took me by surprise. I wasn't expecting the hotel to be this nice! It was so clean, tidy and modern! I loved the decor in the spacious rooms. The bathrooms were big and were clean as well. We stayed there for two nights and had no problems. It is a bit far from the Amsterdam tourist area, but is a 30 minute car ride with free parking. I think it's worth it because it's more affordable and comfortable.

Nice hotel with well equipped rooms, minibar, water boiler. Polite and helpful service even with unpatient people. Dinner until 23.00, special menu for stranded KLM passengers, good breakfast buffett with fruits, cold drinks, tasty coffee. Shuttle transfer to airport, takes about 15 min.
