My friend stayed here for a day. Good location. Since it is near residential area it is a quiet place. Small but neatly maintained rooms. Wifi works poor. Restaurant are available nearby. Good mannered and helpful staff and owner.

This is a budget hotel with basic amenities provided , good for a day trip where you only need to come back for rest . Staff is helpful and it is located in a residential colony so noise levels are low.
Only wish they had provided a hot kettle so that one can have the refreshments .
Provides tea and snacks .Food can be brought from nearby restaurants.

This hotel is a bit dated. But the room is clean and comfortable. You can have your simple order to serve at the lobby. The location is convenient. Next to the hotel are grocery shops which can serve your needs well. At this price, it is a good choice.

Clean hotel, simple and sweet.
The owner is always here and accommodating. The staff is good.
And it is central. From this hotel you can take a Rikshaw to important places of Pune.
There is no restaurant but one can order simple things like coffee, tea, breakfast, etc. there is a laundry service as well.
Rooms are small but airy.

Pros:
Peaceful location in green surroundings.
Small but well maintained rooms.
Efficient and cooperative staff.
Plumbing is new and works
Cons:
WiFi is a sham. Works only if your mobile or laptop are within 5 metres from the router.
Only snacks are prepared in house. Rest of the food is brought in from restaurants in the neighborhood at an additional charge.
They don't accept credit cards and demand room rent upfront.
No complimentary newspaper. only available in the reception
Toileteries - good ole Medimix soap provided. nothing else.
TV is not provided with a remote only the STB is provided with one.
