This hotel is clean with free wifi and simple breakfast. I did not like, that there are no windows at all to open in the rooms, for me a important matter for future bookings. I tried to change to a room with windows to open, but front desk informed that there are none.
The shower has a poor water pressure.
Rooms have air condition. Beds and pillows OK.
The business Center is absolutely poor. No real work tables, one computer and each movement has to be paid, in other hotels usually you do not even pay for using the computer or printing some pages. The business Center has nothing to sit and work together with colleagues. Almost no plugs available in business Center. We went to the bar area to work together. The food and bar area around the pools is a nice place to sit in the evening.
The breakfast is OK, but poor if you try to find kind of low carb food.
The hotel staff is very nice and helpful.
The place is not bad, but very simple or the price you pay.
It seems like the hotel has a nice SPA offer, but as I was on business trip I had no chance to try.

Hotel Chicamocha is a well located, comfortable hotel in Bucaramanga. Service is very good, rooms are well equipped. Breakfast was included and offers a variety of tropical fruits and local and international food. Excellent coffee.

This was our first hotel in Santander and it met all our needs. Very well located, the check-in staff were helpful and friendly and the facilities were nice. There was complimentary garage for our car. The spa is small and by the time we arrived (4:30 pm) they couldn't book any massages. The pool is nice for an evening splash. It's nested in the same level of the restaurant so you're in plain view of the rest of guests. The room was a good size. Shower, no tub. The bed cover was very thin, so we had to ask for another one. We also asked for an extra pillow (they had a nice pillow menu).
Overall a very nice experience.

Celebrated new years here. Very nice, clean hotel. Friendly, helpful staff. Amazing breakfast buffet. Definitely recommend hotel Chicamocha. Rooms were spacious and clean. A well Stocked mini bar. Business center, spa, gym, ping pong and pool tables. Swimming pools with views of the city. Outside rooms can be noisy. Inside rooms don't have a view.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights. The staff is helpful and the breakfast was very good. The restaurant was very good as well. It is not a beautiful hotel but it is provides all the services well.
