If you are ordering anything from kitchen order before an hour to get be patience to call 5-6 times ...
can't sleep as their renovation work start at 7 am in morning.
I m exhausted with this hotel.

A very good hotel, great ambience, good accessibility, very polite staff, great food. An excellent place in main city with close proximity to malls, bus depot, airport. Overall a great experience. Looking forward to visit again with kids.

Delibrately positioned as a hotel for middle level executives to hold seminars.Very good in this regard.Decent buffet food not tpoo hot,spicy or exotic.Located in a central area and carries the Cinnamon brand of Sri Lanka.In Seshadripuram,one of the better places for a decent business buffet lunch

Hotel with big rooms clean and neatly maintained. Area around hotel is calm though it is road touch hotel. Staff is cooperative and helpful. Food is good slightly sweetish so beware of that please check for view from window before u check in !!!

The location is close to City railway station, metro station and the bus stand. The rooms are neat and clean; the stay was very comfortable. the staff are friendly and helpful. The room tariff is reasonable.
