Stayed here with my elderly parents on a 2 day visit. The location is convenient to the Indiranagar Metro and quite convenient to the city centre. It is in a small lane off the main road therefore quiet and yet close to enough restaurants. Breakfast is included and was decent. The rooms are basic but have all basic necessities like a kettle, safety locker etc.
Staff was helpful.

Compact rooms ideal for business travelers. I stayed in a double room and though it can accommodate two people but might get a little cramped with luggage and things. It had all the facilities needed.....safety locker, clean, comfortable beds and linens, iron table and iron box, hair dryer etc. No mini bar in room and the hotel does not have swimming pool. The breakfast was decent but got a bit monotonous after two days and decided to dine out at Adigas restaurant just a 100mts away on the following days.
I really liked the location of the hotel as some of the top rated restaurants are close by and most of the nights I ordered via. swiggy at some them. It is also close to Indra Nagar which is another plus location wise.

Had to ask the hotel to clean the room
Request for providing scissor for turned down
was not provided shaving kit during my 3 day visit at the hotel
toiletries were not changed during the visit and had to constantly request for the same.
the food in the breakfast is not at all up to the mark.
Need a lot of improvement in services against the charges collected fro the stay & service provided.

Stayed LOTS of times in 2016 during numerous trips to Bangalore for business... VEry Friendly and Clean Hotel. Great Value.....Friendly Staff, Great Laundry... Very Clean and Comfortable Rooms. Such a Friendly Hotel

Hotel is located very near to metro station. Property is good for just to stay, not for any other activities. Food quality need to improve. Rooms are just compact. WiFi speed is amazing.. nothing great to say..
