Location of the hotel is good. It is a mid-range hotel. It is very near to Clock Tower & Paltan Bazar. Rajpur Road is also nearby. Rooms on the road side have better view. It is about 2 kms from Railway Station. Items in Breakfast are few but tasty. Transport from outside the hotel is easily available.

Visited the hotel on a short trip to Dehradun. I did booked it on Treebo website. The hotel is situated in a central and quiet locality in Dehradun. The first and only hitch i did found was that there is not a single staff posted near entrance to receive and accompany the guests to reception which is located on first floor. With us it didnt matter but for elder guests its painful. The hotel is neat and clean. The staff all courteous and forthcoming. Services all available and promptly too .a few room services likes beverages et all just if had rubbed the Aladdin Lamp and it appears thr fastest i didnt experienced in recent past.
Now as the hotel is branded by Treebo a problem with their website. They dont show the entire range of rooms available with them. The room i did booked was quite small. The other spacious rooms of various qualities are available as was queried at Hotel. As i did booked for first with Treebo may be there was a problem.

Very comfortable stay, in amneties mentioned work as expected like Wifi, AC, etc etc.. Staff is super friendly they even helped in going around the city with cards with complete information. Hospitality is totally mind blowing!!

We do enjoy staying here with friendly staff and a central situated Hotel.Always a pleasure to come to this civilised Hotel.Your staff is lovely .The front desk was with smily face during the check in process.Spacious room and perfect service There was quite a lot of mould on the bathroom so cleanliness could be a bit better Room was good and comfortable but food was little bit expensive but otherwise good.Thank you Treebo city star.

My recent stay at city star was superb .We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast .The room was basic but was most comfortable .All staff members were professional and pleasant .we will most definitely stay here again Thanks to all .Reception lobby was neat and clean but i want to give one suggestion Reception should be in Ground floor otherwise everthing was good and satisfied.
