Stayed for short time. No positives other than location.
Rooms not clean. Basic facilities.
Wifi very very slow. Almost not working.
Towels not very clean.
AC not cooking. Room no 312.
Breakfast is average and no eggs available.
Overall we should avoid.

My rep booked an executive room at this hotel. There was nothing executive about the room. The phone was not working, no Internet and no towels in the washroom. Reminded about it and not received as yet. Flush was not functional. Restaurant was below standard. Can you imagine being in an executive room with nothing? Don't bother and sweat about this hotel. There are other good hotels I would have booked but went with suggestion of my representative.

A good hotel located in a good location. Centrally located with easy access to the city with ample car parking facilities. Breakfast was good but the quality of food can definately improve. Linens need to be replaced and its time the hotel gets some facelift to make it look more attractive.

Hotel is situated in an excellent location, ample parking space, shops nearby, close to main bus stop and rail station. Rooms are spacious. Variety of veg and non veg food to select from. Cloud 9 restaurant situated in the 9th floor is really nice to have dinner with friends and family. Room service is good with nice staff. There are other restaurants near by in case you want to try different food.
The building looks old and a face lift with bright colours will help the look better. Rooms/corridors can be more clean. Wifi did not work properly for the last 3 stays of mine.

I stayed with family for 3 days in 28-30 Sept`16. I found the hotel quite comfortable with beautiful balcony view of the city. However the balcony grills should be little higher as it may be dangerous for children. Roof top restaurant is a definite visit. I Recommend.
