Extremely rude staff!!! The Hotel canceled our reservation without warning, 2 hours before we arrived!! The receptionist was extremely rude, informed us first that they didn't have enough rooms, and after all, they did. We asked for a complaint sheet and they denied it, said we didn't have the right to complain and after we told him that it was our right, he said "call the police then!". We did, they were forced by the officers to give it to us and we filled a complaint. We will also be contacting booking to remove this awful hotel from their platform.

Very well located. Only 7 min walk to Alcazaba. Shops and restaurants only 1 min walk away. Parking available at 10 euro. Rooms very clean. They allow pets. Rooms have A/C and fridge and TV. All you can eat breakfast buffet for 3 euro.

I spent just 2 days, but was enough to say that it was a good cost benefit hotel. The place is clean, confortable and the staff is friendly.
It is well located close by the main historical parts of Badajoz

I've been there twice, and will soon be again. Very clean, quiet, not far from downtown and very good price for the money. The only thing I didn't really like was the almost raw breakfast bread.
Going there again soon.

Stayed here for two nights whilst visiting Badajoz. Selected because it had good reviews on Trip Advisor. It was pretty much as expected. The rooms are small but fine for a short visit. The beds were comfortable although the singles are quite small. Everything was clean and the staff were obliging. Very convenient parking under cover.
Didn't take breakfast but it is available in the 1st floor cafe.
Unbeatable at the price.
