Service was very helpful - went out of their way to accomodate. Location just out of old town - but well located.
Rooms are large with separate living/dining area. Pool area was good.
Basic decor but serviceable. Restaurant was surprisingly good.

We stayed at this Hotel as part of a walking tour. The rooms were excellent, clean and well appointed. We also at the restaurant and the food was delicious. There is a lovely lounge area where you get a drink and relax.

VERY FRIENDLY STAFF, good location, free parking, and CLEAN but unfortunately not very good isolated rooms.
we had to request for a change as the first one was located in front of a school playground full of yelling children. We also could hear a conversation coming from next room.
To owner/manager: Maybe you should check a few things e.g.
Sheets are good but the rest of the "bedding" is pretty awful.
Another thing, No one likes watching those tiny TVs. What are they 20'?

This hotel was like a cloud of comfort. The location was superb, a quick walk to the center. The staff was absolutely delightful and helpful - made us feel like family. From checking-in to morning breakfasts - always a joy. The rooms were small super quiet, clean and beds were so comfortable, I felt like I was being hugged to bed. Highly recommend this hotel.

Loved the courtyard which some of the rooms overlooked and the spacious bathrooms and to wake up to the swallows circling in the dawn light.
Loved the terrace where breakfast was served overlooking the green hills of Tuscany
