A low rise hotel (3 floors) in a beautiful setting with all rooms facing the lake. The hotel sits a 5 minute walk from the town of Lazise and a 40 minute walk or a 15 minute easy bike ride to Bardalino. We chose a 3rd floor junior suite (room 323) with a direct view onto Lake Garda (all rooms face the lake or have a side view). The room was very spacious with a settee, large king size bed, bathrobes and flip flops. The hotel has a wonderful spa type large freshwater swimming pool in manicured gardens. There are plenty of sun beds with a lifeguard happy to re position them and the umbrella to your liking, although there are still those sad holidaymakers who have to get up early and place their towel out, sadly British! Oh l wish hotels would enforce rules such as leaving beds unattended (except lunch time) and also if it states no children not toilet trained or balls in the main pool then this should be acted upon so all can enjoy the pool area.
The hotel also has spa facilities and beauty treatments as well as a lovely indoor pool, steam, sauna and relax area.
Breakfast was one of the best l have tasted in a European hotel with perfect staff service. Fresh salmon, croissant, omelettes, fresh strawberries, kiwi,etc along with breads, pastries, cheeses, cereals and even fresh honey comb one day.
You can hire bikes for 4 euros a day and worth it for a cycle ride through Bardalino and onto Garda town, a flat ride all the way, with plenty of restaurants along the way.
The hotel has a lovely pool bar until 7pm when the hotel bar opens with a rooftop terrace and perfect sunsets. The restaurant on occasion needs to be booked and the food was a choice between a set buffet style or a la carte all great quality.
Enjoyed this hotel, the staff were friendly and helpful, the food excellent and the rooms very comfortable. If l had minor complaints it would be having to pay to have clothes ironed it seems a bit excessive considering its a 4 star superior. There is no coffee or tea facilities in the room unless again you pay or take your own and though you are not in Garda for the tv, it is poor if you are English, basically paramount channel and BBC news that's it unless you speak German or Italian. Overall this was a wonderful stay in a wonderful part of Italy and knowing in previous Italian hotels tea, coffee facilities are not a high priority l should have remembered the travel kettle. I would stay here again but bring both a travel iron and kettle! Perfect setting for a perfect holiday in beautiful Lake Garda

I picked Lazise as a destination since I wanted to be near Verona and saw Lake Garda. Decided to get a little north of the main road and try the east side for sunset. Checked several online rates and asked at desk for a walking rate. Their rate was better than any I saw online. My room did not face the lake but it was very large and comfortable. There is a pool, bar, fitness center, a spa and a restaurant. Inside underground parking. Free wifi. A short walk along shore of lake to the town. A very nice setting. A large well stocked breakfast was included with inside and outside seating. Staff was very helpful.

The rooms were of the highest quality maintained and serviced also to the highest standard; The buffet breakfast had every type of fod product you coild want very fresh and plentiful. The hotel pools both outside and inside are as good as you can get with plentiful sun beds. The poll bar sell a great selection of food and drinks. The hotel staff are very freindly and helpful. We went as a family and all could find a single thing to cimplain about.

Very nice and pleasebt hotel in Lazise. Very good rooms with perfect beds and showers. Also there is a great swimmingpool and second one onside of the weather is bad. The breakfast are very big buffet with a lot pf choices. I tasted there a brioch with pistachio.... amazing.... also they made a room service twice a day so it is like in 5* hotel. For the bikers they have a special room for bikes. Also there is a garage so is no problem with the car. Localizationis just perfect on the lake. Pleasee see the photos.

I must say that the hotel is relatively luxurious in many ways. We had a lake view room which was very spacious, modern with an adequate balcony overlooking the lake. The outdoor pool is fine (not heated) and generally the staff are friendly. The location of the hotel is also good and it stands out on the coastline. Given the price, these aspects are in line with expectations.
The spa was high quality and the location is very good for Lazise town centre and reaching Bardolino or Garda. Lazise itself is very picturesque and a lovely place to spend a few days.
However, the hotel has clear flaws which were detrimental to the experience.
Firstly, it was extremely hot in the rooms and the air conditioning wasn't working. When I telephoned reception to raise the problem, the receptionist laughed and said they don't turn the air conditioning on until summer. This was quite frankly ridiculous as it was unbearably hot in the room, regardless of the season we were in. This required us to have the balcony doors open all night which obviously allowed noise and a huge number of mosquitoes in.
Secondly, they refuse to let customers borrow an iron or ironing board, instead insisting that customers must use the laundry service at significant cost instead. I have never encountered this problem in any hotel I have ever stayed in previously and quite frankly it came across as a means of extorting money from customers.
Thirdly, the staff should not just assume that every customer is German. Although the customer base is mainly German, as an Italian speaker in Italy, being spoken to in German consistently and having a feedback form provided in German is just sloppy and fails to provide a personalised service.
Overall, I was disappointed by the hotel and did not feel that the hotel saw the customers' interests as a priority.
