The Hotel doesn't seem to be very clean. I booked the hotel ahead but when i arrived it smelled very bad and it looked very dirty. The halls on the way to the room are thin and dark. The construction is very disappointing for a historical city as Cartagena it is. The pool looks very bad. I really felt very dissatisfied regarding the place. I decided to pay the penalty and I stayed in another place.

Hotel is was what i expected it to be, from the inside is rusty, dirty, rooms are very small, ther is no freezer in the rooms, there are no curtains in the shower, the toilet paper is cheapest thing, the windows are loose and the curtains are torn, the internet connection is weak very poor service in the front desk, in summary it does not worth the money they ask to spend a night there.

First of all i want to say Cartagena de indias is beautiful place! Our hotel was in first line to the beach. Room had view on sea . Hotel staff was pleasant and helpful, they always reach to our needs. Food is fine , and local people was nice , never had any trouble.
Would recommend anyone to come here and visit this place, i definitely will come back with my friends!!!

If you are looking for a brand new hotel, this is not your hotel but you may be impressed by the service and the good quality of the rooms..My room is at one of the top floors with fantastic views of the city, good air cond.,shower,flat screen tv and superbed...To make this deal much better all meals included at the best price!! Beach across the street and restaurants and stores all around...The outside of the hotel is in need of some cosmetic work but i was very satisfied with the inside...I used uber every where in cartagena with very low rates, my trip to and from the airport only 19000 colombian pesos.. I'll definitely be staying here again..

This is the worst place ever. We were changed rooms 3 times because each room was worst than the other. The bathroom disgusting the sheets smelly the personnel awful. It was so terrible I will stop commenting.
