I stayed here for 3 days to end my trip our trip in India an I wish I did not. The check in was not great as the general manager was eating very shady especially when I asked for a receipt to make sure he charge all applicable taxes appropriately.
What annoyed me was the manager knowing I am from overseas took my phone to check the reservation and turned my global roaming data on without asking to do so even though they have wifi. I was not happy with this at all and for the whole stay the staff were usually non committal and not friendly or helpful at all. It would not be worth asking them for help or tips around Delhi.
The hotel is also not near a metro station so it can be a bit awkward to get around but we did by bus as we would check on google what bus to get where.
The breakfast was nothing special but better than nothing as there are no other shops/restaurants near by so it was good that there was breakfast and that is why I gave two stars instead of one.
The rooms were ok but are backed on a busy road so it was loud at times. If you are a light sleeper I would not recommend this hotel at all...to be honest I wouldn't recommend it to anyone and would suggest looking else where in Delhi.

Hotel Cosy Palace offers great stay for all of its guest good breakfast overall nice experience over here & you must visit with you family. rooms are clean & big staaf is nice loved the stay. 5 of 5 star

Good stay , good rooms, good and helpful staffs always ready to help. Housekeeping service is good . About Location , in a better place where its next to the main road. Good rooms for a good rice. 😊😊

We are in this hotel last 10 days it is good to say the hotel is so nice & cosy .Room service is nice .house keeping is so prompt . Rooms are so wide . Very easy to access the hotel . Highly recommended .good luck

WiFi doesn't work well. Rooms aren't available but still it shows availability and then transfer is done in a near by blog where there are no proper facilities. Food isn't good. I won't recommend because of its average hospitality. If you are looking forward for a place where you can get peace of mind then this is not the one.
