I booked this hotel for a christmas gift for my two sons, when they were staying at this hotel there was a group of 10 boys in there 20s who were thugs. They were up all night and thumping and banging on my sons bedroom up and down the hall way when my son opened his bedroom door at 3am and asked them to be quite they forced there way in and threatend them. There was no staff in the hotel at night so they phoned the police. The next day the hotel said they would be removed from the hotel but they did let them back in that night . To continue th have no staff at night was just ridicules. My sons had to end up moving rooms on there last night as they were not safe in there rooms . I go to courmayeur often but will never gonto this hotel again

Hotel is in a very good location, but we were allocated rooms on the first floor at the back of the hotel which only had a French window. The room was very hot and we were unable to open a small window at night for air. The bathroom in our room had mould on the wall in the shower and the room smelled of damp. I think our party were given three of the worst rooms in the hotel. The food was passable but as they dished it at the table it was often tepid. The staff were on the whole friendly and our waiter in the restaurant was very nice.
Having said all that, for the amount we paid it was probably reasonable value for money.

This a good stress free relaxing 3 star hotel which served our purpose very well.

There is not a lot of hotel accommodation close to the cable car in Courmayeur and even this hotel has a pleasant five minute stroll. Fortunately it is possible to leave your equipment at the top of the cable car at the base of the skiing area so it is no great hardship. The the smile and welcome from very the helpful young lady on the reception desk was very heartwarming. Our room appeared dark on entry but this was due mainly to the rustic decor and the low energy bulb warming up. As the week went on we really warmed to this hotel. The room was kept very clean by the pleasant housekeeper and her staff. Breakfast was slightly more than the typical continental fayre. Perfectly adequate for us but not if you are expecting the full English! Dinner consisted most evenings of four courses with three choices in each (after the anti pasta). There was a very good cheese board, fresh fruit and desserts and suited most guest's needs. One night my wife made her own fruit salad out of the fresh fruit on offer and the next evening there was one ready made up for her. Simple food immaculately served by the restaurant staff. Veal in various forms appeared often in the evening but if there was nothing that took your fancy the head waiter was extremely helpful and did his best to tailor the existing menu to your wishes. The pasta starters were filling and tasty. We were slightly disappointed with our leaving breakfast which, being early on Sunday morning, was left in our room the evening before and consisted of biscuits, "rusks" and a can of iced tea. It would have been nice to have had a flask of something hot at 5.30am. Maybe it was a health and safety issue but there were only two couples leaving and all felt a little let down. That apart we enjoyed our stay here and would definitely return again.

We had a last minute week away skiing in Courmayeur and had a pleasant stay here. Spacious rooms with clean bathrooms, inc a bath - much needed after a day on the slopes. The food was decent - nothing too fantastic but good quality and sufficient in quantity.

Stayed 20th January had a deluxe room with balcony looking over the main street very pretty view of the mountain.
Staff very helpful
Rooms very clean hotel in general very clean.
Perfect location to gondola and main street for shops and bars
Had breakfast continental style
Great 3 star hotel value for money
