Very small rooms. we booked executive room but get studio room on twine sharing bases. It is a horrible experience when you and your partner are on holiday and get twine sharing room. Even staff was not ready to change the room.

I booked this hotel with makemytrip.com which was my biggest mistake because after one night stay they refused to cancel or provide other hotel nearby even after complaining about my room. On first night I stayed in A8 a cozy room which was making sound in the night and so I was not able to sleep properly.But hotel manager provided me double room (room no A3)after asking so many times which was good. They have decent staffs and good breakfast.

I had booked a deluxe room for my stay in Kolkata recently, Let me tell you it was one of the worst experience. The rental is very high compared to the room that is provided. The staff hospitality is very bad especially the front office people in the reception are very rude to answer your queries. There were extra charges on the bill which was not clarified. Also their car rental service is highly priced.
Over all very bad... Wont suggest for a stay...

Had a stay in this hotel while during business trip to kolkata.Wonderful Central location. Easy access to important areas. Comfortable room. Good buffet breakfast. Manager was very helpful and staff also good.

Had a stay in this hotel on 17th Nov'16 while during business trip to kolkata. Hotel is centrally located. Hotel property seems ok not very much equiped with modern amenties. Staff is cooperative and friendly. GM of the hotel quite also attentive 2 guest to ensure good services.
Food is good with not much option in buffet breakfast. But Overall Comfortable Stay. Cheers !!
