Conveniently located hotel in Chiavenna
barbschwarzon 07/01/2017 14:25Hotel Crimea is a conveniently located hotel, 2 minutes walk from the train/bus station, with upper budget rates, clean rooms and a hearty breakfast buffet. A variety of excellent restaurants are close by. The square in front of the hotel hosts the Saturday market, offering local products.

Amazing service. We asked for extra towels and pillows - in a minute we got all what we need.
Fine hotel but can be better
Noam Zon 08/09/2016 08:04We stayed at hotel Crimea for two nights after finishing the Via Spluga hike from Thusis (Switzerland) to Chiavenna (Italy).
Our stay in hotel Crimea was nice, and the hotel staff was very helpful: they helped us call our taxi driver to confirm our taxi to Milan airport, and even left us a breakfast pack since we left very early in the morning.
However, the room look like it needs some TLC and the shower was quite small.
Also, there's quite a lot of noise from the nearby bar and restaurant at night.
Good budget hotel in a good location
marcopolo111on 13/08/2015 18:28This is the average upper budget hotel which has clean small rooms with elementary comfort. The position is ideal: in a square 5-10 min walking to the center, with ample free parking place. It can be noisy: there is quite a lot of traffic and in the summer you may hear the noise from the diners of the hotel restaurant and the one next to it. A decent breakfast and nice staff.
