Well located in a nice neighbourhood of Bucaramanga, it offers very nice accommodations. This was once a shining star which is losing touch with modern standards. The roof top terrace is quite spectacular with a very nice pool and a nice restaurant offering very good food.
The hotel lobby has been scrapped with the staff organizing the breakfast right in its middle. The sense of arrival has been lost. The lobby furniture is simply dated and needs an upgrade. Over all the lobby is unimpressive.
The staff are quite courteous and attentive. They were able to organise the rental of a car on a moments notice.
The rooms are quite roomy and comfortable, a very nice shower to top it off. The plumbing shows its age though and is in need of an upgrade.
Overall quite satisfied for the price I paid.

We were greeted and assisted quickly though my Spanish is poor. For the price, we received all the amenities needed, but be prepared to buy your water when traveling. We are spoiled because we come from a place where we have the best water in the world, so we had to adjust. The water in the Dann Carlton is okay, but be safe.
The staff were very supportive and offered help only when we needed it, but they are intuitive. The view from this hotel is just beautiful; it is in the middle of everything and the culture around it is just as beautiful. A few students studying English practiced with me and I learned how educated many Colombians are. There are stores adjacent for any thing you're looking for. The hotel itself has many welcoming and comforting amenities, like a vault, bars on the windows for sliding doors, a store of needs if you forget something from home. I would stay here again and recommend it to those who want good service, safe environment, and if you like to get your money's worth.

This hotel is an excellent option to visit Bucaramanga. Super location close to everything. Friendly and safe neighborhood with a lot of good restaurants and shopping. The buffet breakfast is very good with very good options. The pool is nice and has a beautiful view of the city. We enjoyed our stay.

Excellent service at all places, including laundry. Breakfast excellent with wonderful view of pool and surroundings of the city. Hotel well situated in the centre of the town. Secure walking also at night. Near shopping area of "carrera 33".

My son Blake Gibson was a guest here and was treated amazingly by Michel Antonio Castro and the entire staff. He is vlogger with a high following and is excited to share his experience with everyone who is looking for an exceptional place to stay in Bucaramanga.
Beautiful rooms with views, rooftop pool and exceptional spa. Highly recommend this place to anyone traveling here wanting amazing accommodations and exceptional hospitality.
