This is a lovely boutique hotel in the museum quarter, centrally located for sightseeing and shopping. Very friendly and helpful staff.The rooms are very clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated. Very well stocked mini bar and reasonably priced. The artwork throughout the hotel is a very nice touch. Extremely good value for money and highly recommended.

This is a wonderful hotel to stay in. Great location, friendly and helpful staff, attractive and comfortable rooms. Excellent breakfast although over priced. The extensive collection of art, ceramics and sculpture is an added pleasure

This amazing staff is always one step ahead of you... You uploaded a foto of the lovely room on FB? Boom, someone fm the hotel is already liking it and sending a welcoming message... I was bummed that the tour i registered to on the net did not arrive on time? Boom, she was already calling them and checking out for me... I cam in at the evening tired fm the day and not happy with the dinner choices outside the hotel, BOOM! Notvert was already on the internet trying to order me a take away to my liking...At breakfast i asked if they had glutten free bread, they did i was happy and Boom! He also suggested a gluten free cake..:-) i never even hoped fir so didnt ask...At 2 am i was hot and couldnt sleep (that’s post menopausale for ya!! ) the a/c didnt work as it’s on winter mode now... i asked for a fan and BOOM it was in my room after 15 seconds...
They had me at the simple WARM welcome at the check in.
Room is beautiful- great little details like light in the closet as u open it... ipad for use in the hotel, cofee machine in the room.
Location is GREAT, right next to the museum quarter and the flee market, within a shopping street.
My only challenge was the noise from the street at night on the first floor, even though they hv sound proof windows. I was on the first floor. Second night was 100% silent.
Definately worth it and highly recommended. Thank u Dad Tyrol staff! U were great!!❤️❤️❤️❤️

We stayed there 5 nights in a room overlooking the street. Room was quiet and big with very high ceilings. The art throughout the hotel makes it seem like a little gallery. Staff was friendly and the location is amazing if you are in vienna for the museums. It is 1 block from the metro and a 15 minute walk or less to several museums, the national opera and the spanish riding school. The only thing which could have been improved is the breakfast. The food is good but the serving areas are small limiting the selection.

Our stay at Das Tyrol was excellent right from the start. Our check in was easy and the staff were ever so helpful providing tips about what to do and where to go. We stayed for 6 nights and easily could have stayed for longer...rooms were comfy and clean. Breakfast was delicious. Coffee pod machines in rooms was a nice touch so was the little choc on the bed and the biscotti in the foyer...11 out of 10. Highly recommend
